This is the recording of a talk I gave at Saint Mary’s on July 12, 2017, entitled: “The Contemplative Heart of All Spirituality.” It is really an exploration of what I believe to be the heart of human existence and the most profound source of our joy: intimacy with God in prayer, which brings about the restoration of childhood in his love, and allows us also truly to experience freedom in living  as spouses and fathers/mothers too. This is a kind of condensation of the things that are most important to me, and an invitation to prayer, an effort to share what I have received from our loving Father.
