Sheltered within Her Heart: 33 Days of Preparation for Deeper Entrustment to Mary

On this page I will be sharing daily reflections to help prepare for consecration (or renewal of consecration) to Jesus through Mary. This is, as will be explained in much greater detail in the reflections below, simply an act of trusting surrender to the Son of God through the hands of his Mother, giving them both permission to work in one’s life and to do the beautiful thing that they so deeply thirst to do.

The reflections will deliberately be short enough for you to pray and reflect upon them, becoming acquainted with the main themes that they bring forth and trying to interiorize them in the presence of God. Gradually they will build on one another, day after day, hopefully opening the way to a deeper interior vision of Mary’s intimate relationship with us, and the “Marian” character of our relationship with God. There will also be some reflection questions after each day, to prompt deeper thought and prayer. Nonetheless, these reflections are very rich, so feel free to take longer than 33 days, if you feel that this would be more fruitful for you.
