St. John Paul II said that the great task of the Church in the third millennium is to foster and share a “spirituality of communion,” to make the Church “the home and school of communion.” In this way, he said, she could address the deepest hopes and longings of the human heart, created for intimacy with God and with other persons, and create a culture of life that affirms the beauty of God’s intentions for his creation. In this class we will be exploring the depths of this “spirituality of communion.”
